Zeffon Wills Donates $1000 at Christmas to Children\’s Healthcare of Atlanta

Zeffon Wills, Founder and Owner of Untapped Potential ILP, is proud to announce today the personal donation of $1000 in toys and supplies to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.  This recent donation is part of Wills’ broad-scope philanthropic efforts, which aim to give back to organizations with a shared mission of improving children’s lives.

“Christmas holidays is, without a doubt, a magical time for children,” said Zeffon Wills. “Toys definitely help spread the festive spirit. It has also been proven that creative play helps boost children’s imagination and fine motor skills. By making this donation, I am expressing my support and gratitude for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.  It is my sincere hope that these toys will put a smile to children’s and parents’ faces during the trying hospitalization period.”

Untapped Potential ILP, the independent living program founded and owned by Wills, is serving 18-21-year-old youth in the Georgia state foster care system. A state of Georgia-approved provider, Untapped Potential ILP undertakes the placement of young adults aged 18-21 transitioning from a foster or group home setting to an independent living environment. Untapped Potential ILP provides hands-on training and life coaching with the goal of helping program participants develop positive social interactions as well as crucial life skills that will allow them to thrive as they navigate the world outside the foster care system.

The organization places emphasis on equipping individuals with the tools they need to manage their daily lives, including adopting a self-care routine; striking a balance between work and study life; managing their households, and fostering positive relationships with their peers. Furthermore, Untapped Potential ILP offers career and educational planning services which allow program participants to hone their academic skills and pursue higher education, which would allow them to strengthen their position in the job market.

Those eligible for the Untapped Potential ILP must be 18-21 years of age and currently in the Georgia foster care system. Eligible participants must also either be in school or employed or full time. More information about the program can be found on the Untapped Potential ILP website, as well as in this informative video.
