Seoul, Korea – Thursday, 2nd June, 2016 – Ahmed Al Ali and Abdallah Al Suwaidi of Venice Group Property Fund have formally announced the appointment of Adrian Johnson as ‘Analyst for real estate assets’ for their anticipated crowdfunding Property Platform.
Mr Johnson is now responsible for creating and maintaining pro forma financial models relating to both Venice Group Property Fund and Property Plaform’s portfolio of assets.
Prior to his assigned role with Property Plaform, Mr Johnson was working exclusively for Venice Group Property Fund managing analysis for feasibility, underwriting, due diligence, asset management, operations and disposition of new-construction luxury off-plan projects.
Mr Johnson received a Master of real Estate (MBA) from the University of Technology, Sydney. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Reading, England.
