SP-2000M, on the other hand, is a sprayable maintenance coating for both metal and concrete surfaces. CSS boasts the product as “the most wear-resistant anti-corrosion product we offer.” This can be attributed to the fact that 2000M is one of the first Novolac coatings to be made with ceramic fillings making it perfect for concrete repair and restoration.
Another ceramic-filled Novolac coating that CSS offers is the Eco-Polymer SC-3300. It is an industrial-strength polymer perfect for maintaining chemically stressed areas such as pipes and tanks. Furthermore, the product has been shown to resist corrosion from sulphuric acids of up to 98% concentration.
Other concrete coatings that CSS Corp offers are SC-5400 (a higher temperature version of SC-3300), SC-1100 Concrete Primer Sealer (fast set,100% solids low viscosity primer designed for sealing concrete), SC-5600 Paste or Liquid (coating system for long-term chemical exposure in tank linings, equipment coating and secondary containment areas), Crystal Lok (water-based concrete penetrating sealer), and finally, Blackhawk BH5720 (a two-component elastomeric compound of asphalt and polymers formulated for mixing and spraying at ambient temperature).
