Ajman, UAE – 4 Jun, 2018 – Sweet Homes Group, Ajman’s leading real estate development and management company, announced today that the 36-hour non-stop concrete pouring for Jatropha building has been completed.
The 4,700 cubic metre concrete pour for the foundations of Jatropha started at 21.30 pm on May 30, 2018 and finished at 11.30pm on June 1, 2018.
The concrete was poured at the average rate of 200 cubic meters per hour.

Located on Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Road, Jatropha is located within Ajman Uptown, the flagship project of Sweet Homes. The building houses 176 residential apartments, comprising 40 studios, 96 one bedroom and 40 two bedroom units.
