Speakeasy Supper Club is an all new Invitation-Only Clandestine Mexican Restaurant started by a small group of friends with devotion and passion for hospitality and quality food. With its unique and historic location in San Miguel de Allende in Mexico, the restaurant will offer 5-Course Meals that are prepared by Farm Fresh Ingredients that are locally cultivated or raised. In a nutshell, Speakeasy is a unique restaurant with a warm welcome, fresh food, ample drinks, inspiring music, and clear views of the stars.
The team of Speakeasy Supper Club consists of four professionals with a combined experience of nearly 70 years in hospitality industry and they are now seeking community support on Kickstarter for this healthy and inspiring initiative. The restaurant will cater people coming from all over the world, particularly from the United States and Mexico.
“Our goal is not only to satisfy the appetite of selected guests, but also to feed the soul and to create new friendships.” Said one of the Co-Founders of Speakeasy Supper Club. “We are seeking capital to buy basic restaurant equipment such an oven, grill, refrigeration, and basic kitchen appliances.” He added. According to the team, the restaurant will not use freezers as all of its ingredients will be fresh and locally sourced.
