The casual, tapas-centric restaurant in Singapore is managed by Chef Gaig’s daughter, Ms Nuria Gibert, and Chef Eduard Castellarnau, and features an extensive menu of the best classic Catalan dishes, some of which has been passed down for generations within the Gaig family.

Chef Gaig has been awarded many accolades for his contribution to the national and international culinary scene, including the National Award for the “Best Chef of 1999” from the Real Academia de Gastronomia, “Best Restaurant of the Year” from the Academia Catalana de Gastronomia in 2004, and “Best Airport Restaurant Around the World” by The DailyMeal.com in 2010. He also received recognition for his contribution and dedication to the Catalan culinary scene, with the award from Los Premios Nadal de Gastronomia for the Preservation of Catalan Cultural Heritage in 2008.
