Sirius Solutions, L.L.L.P., a professional services firm focused on improving the operational and financial performance of its clients, is proud to announce the creation of a new learning-delivery system co-developed with HydroChemPSC, supported by the LMS from RISC, Inc., and accessible via smart phones for field managers and supervisors.
The team at HydroChemPSC saw an opportunity to leap into digital solutions to help develop their team through more readily accessible training. Sirius Solutions, working with the Learning Management System provider RISC Inc., formulated a process for delivering the learning. This process includes leveraging state-of-the-art technology to deliver features like texts with unique links delivered to their field manager’s smart phones that do away with the necessity to sign on and access the micro-learning modules that will be sent on a twice-a-week basis. Micro-learning divides a full day of training into five to eight minute segments thereby making the training more relevant, retainable and efficient than the standard classroom or online solutions currently available.
Other features of the micro-learning program were developed through collaboration with HydroChemPSC field managers to ensure the relevance of the content and delivery mechanisms for learning. Every time a manager completes a micro-learning module, the RISC LMS will record the completion, all without the manager having to log into the system.
