MINNEAPOLIS, MN – Secured² Corp., the pioneer of new data security technology that uses a ‘shrink > shred > secure’ methodology, combined with new compression technology that reduces the size of data by up to 90%, announced today that Jeremy Bauer and Mark Moe join Secured2 as members of the board of directors.

Prior to joining the Secured2 Board of Directors, Jeremy Bauer was VP of Technology at Digital River, the world’s largest e-commerce outsourcing company. He also led technology operations and helped grow startup Success-Factors into a $4B exit with SAP. Bauer currently heads technology for Castlight Health, a high growth medical company.

For the past 20+ years Mark Moe has served the entrepreneurial community through a variety of roles: attorney, investment banker, mentor, and advisor. Formerly, Mark was a Managing Director at Cherry Tree and a partner at ThinkEquity Partners where he ran the firms Consumer Investment Banking practice and served on its Operating Committee. Currently, Mark is Vice President of Global Business Development for GSVLabs in Palo Alto, an accelerator for startups in the high-growth, high-impact industries of EdTech, Big Data, Mobile, and Sustainability.
