An inductee of Sigma Chi Fraternity, he is also a recipient of the Seddon Award for Most Exemplary Resident, was named one of 10 Leading Plastic Surgeons in the USA by Forbes Magazine, and is a professional member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Utah Medical Association, and the Utah Plastic Surgery Society.

Dr. Haupt attributes his success to good procedure and good attitude. When not assisting patients, he enjoys tennis, mountain biking, and hiking.
