ORBIT INVESTMENTS ENTERS NORTH CAROLINA MARKET WITH PURCHASE OF NORTH INGLESIDE TOWN HOMES

Phoenix, Arizona – September 11, 2018 – Orbit Investments, LLC, today announced its most recent acquisition of North Ingleside Townhomes in North Carolina. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood just 9-miles west of downtown Fayetteville and 5-miles south of Fort Bragg. The 90-unit complex was acquired as an off-market deal and is Orbit’s first property in North Carolina.

North Ingleside Townhomes is comprised of 11 townhome style buildings with brick exteriors. Each unit is a desirable 1,200 sq. ft. in size which includes 2-stories, 2-bedrooms, and 1.5-bathrooms. Orbit Investments will rebrand the complex and immediately begin implementing the planned $270,000 in property improvements. The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. and Mann+Hummel Purolator Filters each operate large manufacturing plants in the area, employing a combined total of 3,600 workers. The metro area also has a vibrant medical sector. Cape Fear Valley Health Systems is the second largest employer and other major hospitals include the Womack Army Medical Center and the VA Medical Center. “Fayetteville is a stable market in a desirable state poised to grow significantly in the next 5 years and this confirms we’ve made the right choice for our company and investors,” said Bosch.
