He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a member of the Baptist Medical Center Foundation board of directors and the President of the Bengal Residents of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Oklahoma Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Kallenberger is committed to continuing education and has completed more than 40 postgraduate courses including courses in laser surgery, laparoscopic, and hysteroscopic surgery. He is the recipient of numerous awards and honors, including the Joseph W. Funnell Award, Aesculapian Award and the Purdue Frederick Award.
