MillTown’s expansion is due in part to its growing customer base in the Nashua area, with the company travelling so far north on several occasions to provide service. A billboard has even been set up to boost the company’s presence in the area.
“I’m excited to see our company grow into new areas,” said Fred Jr., MillTown’s co-owner. Fred Jr. cites the company’s ongoing and growing demand for service in the Nashua area as one of the primary reasons for the company’s out-of-state expansion. In preparation, the company is hiring a half-dozen new master plumbers, all licensed in the state of New Hampshire. As for what he looks for in new plumbers, Fred Jr. says “strong technical expertise” and “great customer service” are the two key elements needed during this time of growth.
While the company is now looking beyond northeastern Massachusetts, MillTown does not plan to lose its focus on providing customers in both states with the same quality service that has made them so trusted since 1979. Plumbing & HVAC service will remain the plan, including water heater installation, drain cleaning, sewer camera inspection,backflow prevention, and so much more. HVAC services are especially in demand at this time of year, with their trained technicians ready to meet them all.
“We’ve hired some new folks to meet the increased demand, and our AC team has been keeping people cool all summer installing rooftop units and mini-splits,” said Fred Jr. “We’re even helping with pool heating equipment and repairing leaking pool lines to make sure summer is fun for everybody.”
