Rochester, MN – November 3, 2017 – LiquidCool Solutions today announced that Darwin P. Kauffman has been appointed as the company’s new CEO, effective immediately. The announcement was made today by former CEO Herb Zien and Chairman Stephen Einhorn, both of whom will remain as co-chairmen of the Board.

Kauffman, who has a degree in electrical engineering and an MBA, began his career at Seagate Technology and has led product development, product management and business general management roles within the storage device and solutions industry. Over the past five years, Kauffman led a $1B+ enterprise business unit; launched new enterprise SSD and HDD products capturing increased market share; and consistently drove double and triple-digit revenue and profit growth in various technology market segments.
