Kuester was one of 22 property management companies contacted in early 2016 to begin the interview process. After numerous interviews and careful consideration over several months, the community recently awarded the contract to Kuester, and services will begin on January 1, 2017.
There were numerous features that put Kuester ahead of the competition. Carolina Preserve at Amberly was attracted to the exceptional accounting and back office support that Kuester provides, as well as the wide array of technology tools available to facilitate sound decision making and effective operations. These tools include real time customer support analytics and reporting, online project management tools, an online homeowner portal for accessing accounts, and online board member financial reporting. Carolina Preserve is home to more than 2,000 residents and offers a multitude of amenities in addition to more than 100 clubs and groups. Kuester will partner with the board and 22 onsite employees to support management, communications, and finances regarding the 34,000-square-foot Bradford Hall Clubhouse, indoor lap pool, outdoor resort-style pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobics and dance studio, arts and crafts studio, ceramics studio, hobby and game room, demonstration kitchen, card room, varsity room, three ballrooms, four activity rooms, computers, library, four clay tennis courts, horseshoe pits, four bocce ball courts, putting green, walking and biking trails, and a 15-acre lake.
