Running an effective homeowners association can be challenging. There are many moving parts from properly managing budgets and communicating with members to selecting vendors and hosting events. Many HOAs choose to partner with a property management company to assist them in upholding all of these tasks and ensuring an enjoyable experience for members. Kuester Management Group is proud to announce that it was recently selected as property manager for Carolina Preserve at Amberly by Del Webb.
“We are excited to be working with the team at Carolina Preserve and to provide top-notch support and technology resources,” says Bryan Kuester, President of Kuester Management Group. “We look forward to assisting the community and its members to continue building upon the amazing environment they have created.”
Carolina Preserve at Amberly is a 1,360-home age-targeted, active adult community located in Cary, North Carolina. The community is one of several built by Del Webb. Kuester was one of 22 property management companies contacted in early 2016 to begin the interview process. After numerous interviews and careful consideration over several months, the community recently awarded the contract to Kuester, and services will begin on January 1, 2017.
There were numerous features that put Kuester ahead of the competition. Carolina Preserve at Amberly was attracted to the exceptional accounting and back office support that Kuester provides, as well as the wide array of technology tools available to facilitate sound decision making and effective operations. These tools include real time customer support analytics and reporting, online project management tools, an online homeowner portal for accessing accounts, and online board member financial reporting. These features also promote improved transparency.
Carolina Preserve is home to more than 2,000 residents and offers a multitude of amenities in addition to more than 100 clubs and groups. Kuester will partner with the board and 22 onsite employees to support management, communications, and finances regarding the 34,000-square-foot Bradford Hall Clubhouse, indoor lap pool, outdoor resort-style pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobics and dance studio, arts and crafts studio, ceramics studio, hobby and game room, demonstration kitchen, card room, varsity room, three ballrooms, four activity rooms, computers, library, four clay tennis courts, horseshoe pits, four bocce ball courts, putting green, walking and biking trails, and a 15-acre lake.
It is a massive undertaking, but Kuester in confident in providing the community with outstanding support and guidance in running a successful homeowners association. “We are honored to be selected and know that this will be a wonderful partnership,” says Kuester. Kuester prides itself on offering high quality services that support communities in thriving. To learn more about the company, visit www.kuester.com.
