Miami, FL – George Otte, founder and chairman of Otte Polo Group with more than 16-years of multifaceted business operations experience, announced he will be participating on the Future of the Industry panel at the Association of Teleservices International (ATSI) annual Conference in Chicago this June 27 to the 29. Serving as an ATSI Board of Directors member himself, Otte was elected to the board in June 2016.
Having spent over a year of working to increase the organization’s membership while enhancing benefits for all ATSI members, George Otte is looking forward to his participation on this important industry panel at this year’s event.
“I am incredibly honored to be participating in an innovative panel that is going to look at the present and future developments with regards to the Teleservices industry,” said Otte. “We will be looking at the future direction of our traditional industry vendors, where do we go from here, and where do we focus our sales efforts throughout the discussion.”
To be moderated by Doug Robbins, all panel participants are owners and executives of TAS and related businesses that have experienced significant change over the last 10 years. Miami’s George Otte will be tasked with answering: What is to become of “traditional” TAS business; What is the future of “telephony;” Where are business communications taking us; What is the value of data and data management; Future revenue streams; Future billing streams; and the future of Industry Education.
George Otte founded his first company TSS at the age of 21, which grew into a major service provider of computer repair and tech support in Miami’s booming support industry. Today, as chairman of the Otte Polo Group, he works with a broad range of subsidiaries including Geeks on Site, ResponsiveCallCenter, Phase V, and Otte Real Estate. Additionally, Otte has been an active member of ATSI since 2012, the same year he founded his ResponsiveCallCenter.
“I’m looking forward to this collaborative opportunity for positioning the TeleServices industry favorably moving forward,” said Otte.
The ATSI is an organization rich in history with a wealth of knowledge and wisdom in furthering the productivity of its members. Founded in 1942, the ATSI represents 350 of the most fruitful TeleService agencies around the world today. With over 350,000 customers in the U.S. alone, the members collectively generate an excess of $1 billion.
