These new reagent products are certified for 90% adsorption and 85% yield for human IgM supernatant purification. In addition to increased yields and purity levels, Magic™ Human IgM Purification Resin address many of the shortfalls related to standard affinity ligands including challenges with proteolysis and repeated sanitization associated with other common purification methodologies.
