Proctor Financial, Inc., a leading provider of lender-placed insurance and related services, is pleased to announce the second three-year recertification of its ISO 9001:2008 registration. Concurrently, Proctor received its certification to the new standard – ISO 9001:2015 – effective January 21, 2017.<\/p>\n

The audit was conducted by Perry Johnson Registrars, a full service registrar that carries multiple international accreditations.<\/p><\/div>\n

Perry Johnson’s lead auditor conducted the audit in November 2016.  Part of the audit result states, “It is apparent that there is a total management commitment to the process, including the President of the whole organization who actually initiated the original idea of getting ISO.”<\/p>\n

Since its original certification in January 2011, Proctor’s senior management has never stopped monitoring, controlling and persistently improving the quality of its lender-placed insurance processes to the ISO 9001:2008 standard and will continue to do so to the new ISO 9001:2015 standard.<\/p>\n
