 Dr. Arpan Patel helped 17-year-old Dustin to get free dentures when Dustin lost his teeth from health complications. <\/p>\n

Dr. Arpan Patel and his staff will be providing free dental treatments to locals at his 5th event, sponsored by the Patel Care Foundation and Alpha Dental Excellence.<\/p>\n

Dentist in Langhorne, Dr. Arpan Patel wants to give residents an opportunity to take care of dental problems before they become more serious, and more costly.<\/p>\n

Concerned that some families are struggling with basic needs such as food, he said dental care would be the last thing on people’s mind. Yet, neglected dental care can actually make a person weaker and sick due to bacteria traveling through the mouth into the blood stream.<\/p>\n

“It is not a matter of losing one’s teeth. One’s immune system gets weaker and opens the door for major diseases,” said Dr. Patel.<\/p>\n

As the owner of Alpha Dental Excellence, he and his team will be providing free dental treatments to help the under-served in the community on Friday, October 28th<\/sup> from 9:00am to 2:00pm.<\/p>\n

The Free Emergency Dental Care service will be held in his practice location: 240 Middletown Blvd, Suite 100, Langhorne PA 19047<\/p>\n

Free dental services, including fillings, dental examinations, and extractions, will be provided to as many people as can be seen, on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/p>\n

Dr. Patel has been bringing smiles to local residents for many years. He said, “I am concerned that the number of people needing dental care who yet can’t afford it has increased. My team and I have treated close to hundreds of local residents at our free dental day events. We are excited to be holding our 5th event.”<\/p>\n

Dr. Patel considers the cost of the giveaway in staff time and supplies as a “give-back” to the community. “My team and I have been practicing in this community for many years. My late father started the Patel Care Foundation to help the local community. This is our home and I like to see the residents get the help they need.” said Dr. Patel.<\/p>\n
