The Small Claims Tribunal<\/a> is a division of the Hong Kong Judiciary that hears civil monetary claims of HK$75,000 or less. A defining feature of the Tribunal is that legal representation is not permitted, and parties must present their own case. The jurisdictional limit was raised from HK$50,000 to HK$75,000 with effect from 3 December 2018.<\/p>\n
