On the basis of the process of Type \u2161 stabilizer, the preparation process of Type \u2160 stabilizer was improved. When the dosage of solid triphosgene is 170% of the theoretical value, the feeding time is extended to 90min, and the Type \u2160 stabilizer product prepared by water-soluble cooling acid crystallization has a yield of more than 96%, the preparation process is stable, and the performance of the product after distillation is significantly higher than the national indicators.
