Enji&#8217;s State of Small Business 2025 report surveys 245 SMB owners on what separates the 20% who feel theirs is effective from the rest.<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>San Diego, California &#8211; April 29, 2026 &#8211;<\/strong> Four in five small business owners say their marketing is, at best, &#8220;somewhat&#8221; effective &mdash; and according to a new report from <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.enji.co\" target=\"_blank\">Enji<\/a>, the 20% who feel theirs is actually working share three things in common.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.enji.co\/state-of-small-business-report-2025\" target=\"_blank\">The State of Small Business 2025<\/a> surveyed 245 small business owners across 40 U.S. states and 13 industries to understand how marketing actually works for the people running it themselves.
