The data reveals a stark divide: families in New Mexico report safety issues&mdash;such as falls, bedsores, and neglect&mdash;at more than triple the rate of families in Wyoming.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The &#8220;Silent Epidemic&#8221; of Falls <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Beyond state rankings, the report uncovered a critical national trend: Falls account for 39% of all safety-related complaints, nearly double the volume of understaffing (20%) or neglect (18%).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;The complaints expressed in these reviews are troubling warning signs,&#8221; said Yehuda Tropper, CEO of Beca Life Settlements. &#8220;A senior in Wyoming and a senior in New Mexico are having completely different experiences.
