In his speech, Shi Zhijun noted that as Huai’an enters the “15th Five-Year Plan” period, the city will uphold the path of new-type industrialization, driving growth through both project development and technological innovation. It will cultivate emerging industrial clusters to help Jiangsu become a key hub for developing new quality productive forces. Huai’an will also deepen its integration into the Yangtze River Delta’s collaborative system by building distinctive industrial, innovation, and supply chains, while developing itself into a major transportation and economic hub in the northern Yangtze River Delta. The city will adhere to the principle of “doing better than saying, and serving ahead of needs,” further enhancing its strengths in consumption, education, and healthcare, so that enterprises can enjoy a prosperous business environment and a high quality of life in Huai’an.<\/p>\n

Shi emphasized that changing the event’s name from a “Negotiation Meeting” to a “Consultation Meeting” highlights the importance of sincerity—the core of Huai’an’s “full sincerity” approach. The goal is to engage in genuine exchanges with enterprises for high-quality development, provide dedicated services to facilitate negotiations and agreements, and extend heartfelt invitations to work together in building a better hometown.<\/p>\n
