Lee Chambers, the business psychologist and CEO of Male Allies UK<\/a>, was nominated in a survey of 370 international diversity and inclusion professionals as an inspirational leader in the field of gender equality and male allyship. The list recognises who people in the profession see as thought leaders who are accelerating workplace inclusion across the globe.<\/p>\n

Chambers features on this year list for the first time, and is joined by other practitioners whose focus on evidence based inclusion stands out in the current climate. This years list includes John Amaechi, Pamela Hutchinson and Zaheer Ahmad.
