The Department of Bank Card (DBC), a non-government department, is excited to announce the upcoming second draw, a key initiative designed to encourage financial engagement and reward small business owners.<\/div>\n

Department of Bank Card are pleased to report that the Refund PAF first draw has been successfully completed, processing over 2,000 applications from customers across 17 different nationalities. The enthusiasm and participation demonstrated in the first draw have set a wonderful precedent for the upcoming event.<\/p>\n

Due to the introduction of new laws and regulations effective in 2025 onward, the second draw will have limited slots for applications. Each state will have different procedures for applying, so it’s crucial for customers to stay informed. Do not miss this opportunity!<\/p>\n

The Refund PAF second draw aims to provide additional chances for our customers to win exciting prizes while promoting the benefits of using bank cards in everyday transactions. Small business owners who have used their bank cards between 5th of February and 1st of August will automatically be entered into the draw.<\/p>\n
