Lisa Stein<\/a>, MA CPT is the owner of Evolve Personal Training<\/a>. She is based in Portland, Oregon. Beginning this month, Lisa will make a limited number of personal training spaces available each week for private wellness coaching, which offer a time to more deeply explore the connection between our physical, emotional and spiritual health.<\/p>\n

Lisa enjoys this unique opportunity to merge personal training and wellness with her background in contemplative psychotherapy and mindfulness practice. Sessions may take place indoors, in a more traditional format, outdoors in a walk\/talk format, or remotely via zoom.<\/p>\n

Wellness Coaching is a unique and new training method which employs both tradiional personal training with talk thearapy, mindfullness training and even nutritional counseling.
