At Finger Lakes Hot Air Balloon Festival, Miss Elaine Horn, nationally renowned Judy Garland as Dorothy impressionist, will headline children’s entertainment for the festival. Performing Warner Brothers Studio, the hit children’s show for kids 2- 12, are the new stars of Oz movie. The event date is Sept 29, 2024, and scheduled to take place at 12 PM, 2 PM and 4 PM.
