Although spring is one of the busiest selling seasons, there have been no new Single Family Homes For Sale in Westborough MA under $1MM for the past 10 days<\/div>\n

Location, consistently high ranked schools and a variety of housing choices has helped Westborough MA and home prices to thrive over the past decade. However, home prices have been rising very quickly in the community with the average price\/sq ft increasing 23% over last year. <\/p>\n

The MLS shows that single family homes under $1MM go under agreement quickly, often in less than a week. The average Days to Offer for homes in this pricing is only 22.<\/p>\n

According to Liz Lassen, real estate listing agent at Lassen Realty<\/a>, “We need more housing inventory at price points that are within reach of younger families. It is a big concern to go almost 2 weeks without having any Westborough homes for sale in the $500K to $800k range.” <\/p>\n

Lower inventory of homes for sale, raises prices as demand increases. While increased housing prices are a boon to Westboro home sellers, people wanting to move into the area will choose other towns.
