Amox-Coli WSP Water Soluable Powder <\/a>For Poultry And Swine combination of amoxycillin and colistin acts additive. Amoxycillin is a semisynthetic broadspectrum penicillin with a bactericidal action against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. The spectrum of amoxycillin includes Campylobacter, Clostridium, Corynebacterium, E. coli, Erysipelothrix, Haemophilus, Pasteurella, Salmonella, penicillinase-negative Staphylococcus and Streptococcus, spp. The bactericidal action is due to inhibition of cell wall synthesis. Amoxicillin is mainly excreted in urine. A major part can also be excreted in bile. Colistin is an antibiotic from the group of polymyxins with a bactericidal action against Gram -negative bacteria like E. coli, Haemophilus and Salmonella. Since colistin is absorbed for a very small part after oral administration only gastrointestinal indications are relevant.<\/p>\n

This product can treat of the disease caused by the following micro-organism susceptible to amoxicillin and Colistin;<\/p>\n

Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Pasteurella spp., Escherichia coli, Hemophilus spp., Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae.<\/p>\n

1. Poultry<\/strong><\/p>\n

Respiratory diseases including CRD and influenza, gastrointestinal disorders such as Salmonellosis and Collibacillosis<\/p>\n

Prevention of respiratory diseases and reduction of stress by vaccines, beak trimming, transport etc.<\/p>\n

2. Swine<\/strong><\/p>\n

Treatment of acute chronic enteritis caused by Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Salmonella and Escherichia coli, C.Calf, yeanling (Goat, Sheep); prevention and treatment of respiratory, digestive, and genitourinary diseases.<\/p>\n

The following dose is mixed with feed or dissolved in drinking water and orally administer for 3-5 days:<\/p>\n

1. Poultry<\/strong><\/p>\n

For prevention: 50g\/200 L of feeding water for 3-5 days.<\/p>\n

For treatment: 50g\/100 L of feeding water for 3-5 days.<\/p>\n

2. Swine<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.5kg\/1 ton of feed or 1.5kg\/700-1300 L of feeding water for 3-5 days.<\/p>\n

3. Calves, yeanling (Goats, Sheep)<\/strong><\/p>\n

3.5g\/100kg of body weight for 3-5 days.<\/p>\n
