Sorghum United<\/a>, an international non-governmental organization dedicated to consumer and producer education, market development, entrepreneurial empowerment, and global food security in the sorghum and millets space, is thrilled to announce the launch of a new children’s book series, The Sorgho Squad.<\/p>\n

The series features characters Jowar, Mashilla, and Milo, who are also highlighted in a series of ten posters that underscore the benefits of sorghum in industrial products, healthy diets, and environmental sustainability. These posters were developed in support of the United Nations’ International Year of Millets and are currently on display at the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization offices in Rome, Italy.<\/p>\n
