Kaneesha is a graduate of NASM, the National Association of Sport Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer. She has education in nutrition and will be completing her certification in the upcoming months. Kaneesha loves fitness because of how it makes her feel, how she looks, and the routine it establishes to succeed in the other areas of her life.<\/p>\n

Kaneesha has simultaneously been in some sort of law enforcement capacity the last 12 years, just recently completing a stint as a Detective. Kaneesha has been a significant other and  spouse to a service member of both the Army and Air Force.  She knows life is messy, unpredictable, busy, and full of obstacles. Kaneesha brings that experience into her coaching and relates to her clients, finding ways to make it possible for anyone to give themselves permission to be healthy.<\/p>\n
