Earthquakes shook the Hualien area in Taiwan and caused multiple casualities and infrastructural damage to the City. A magnitude of 5.6 earthquake shook southeastern Taiwan leaving injured people and the collapse of two bridges and an apartment building. Train services were also temporarily stopped as trains were derailed between Hualien and Taitung.<\/p>\n

BingX, as part of their recently formed donation arm in Taiwan, has reached out to Hualien Mayor Wei Jiaxian and made a donation of NT$3 million. This money will be used to provide for scholarships and living allowances for affected families. Additionally, it will also be used for disaster prevention measures in schools and affected areas.<\/p>\n
