Phyllis Williams, the wife of the late Roger Wayne Williams, has announced an exciting crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter to support the release of Grandpa’s Short Stories<\/a>, a collection of children’s stories<\/a> written by the late husband, father, and grandfather Roger Williams just before his passing.<\/p>\n

The collection of five stories has been passed down through generations by the real-life grandpa. Each story details the daily adventures of a young boy, Willie, who lives in a small-town United States, as he learns subtle, daily life lessons with his older brother, playmates, and dog, Luke. Stories about hiking, caring for pets, and managing responsibilities all come to life with beautiful illustrations by veteran artist and animator Barbara Owczarek, whose passion for storytelling comes to each page to help tell Willie’s numerous adventures. <\/p>\n
