Bethesda, MD –<\/strong> Education Insurance Services (EIS) has announced an insurance program exclusively for faith-based schools, which brings together top carriers to address the most pressing exposures for educational institutions.<\/p>\n

“We know that educational institutions have unique risks—from sexual assault, to athletic injuries, to tenure disputes,” said Wendell Smith, AVP of Marketing and Special Programs for EIS. “And faith-based schools also have a specialized focus which merits particular coverages and risk management services address the needs important to them in fulfilling their missions.”<\/p>\n

The lead carrier for the faith-based program is United Educators<\/strong>, a sister company to EIS and the premier provider of liability insurance for educational institutions. UE will provide the educators’ legal liability, excess and fiduciary liability coverage. EIS will also offer coverage for GL\/property package, auto, and workers’ comp for faith based schools and colleges.<\/a><\/p>\n

The program is available nationwide, with the exception of New England and New York.<\/p>\n
