Wauconda, IL – August 24, 2022 – <\/strong>Mechanical Power, a supplier of bearings<\/a>, sprockets, chains, and related industrial products based in Wauconda, IL, has acquired Clark Engineering, custom rod, wire, and tube products manufacturing<\/a> company.<\/p>\n

The official announcement was made on August 9th<\/sup>, 2022. The move to acquire Clark Engineering first started in April 2022 as the prior ownership of Clark was shopping the business to move on to the next chapter in their lives with MPI in aggressive growth mode. The process took five months and the deal was signed on August 9=10, 2022.<\/p>\n
