NEW YORK – July 14th, 2022 – <\/strong>Williams Equities announced today that it has signed iconic gourmet Italian eatery Mangia<\/span><\/a> to a long-term, 9,500-square-foot restaurant lease at 57 West 57th<\/sup> Street. In addition, Williams signed approximately 7,000 sf of office leases throughout the building.<\/p>\n

At the northeast corner of 57th<\/sup> Street and Avenue of the Americas, Mangia will occupy almost 3,000 sf of ground floor space, housing a barista station, Italian bakery, brick pizza oven, and other food services. The lower level, consisting of more than 6,000 sf, will be home to their catering facility<\/span><\/a>. Relocating from across 57th<\/sup> Street, Mangia intends to open at 57 West 57th<\/sup> Street, also known as 1400 Avenue of Americas.<\/p>\n

With four prime locations, Mangia is one of New York City’s most desirable Italian eateries, famous for its farm-to-table gourmet artisan Italian cuisine.<\/p>\n
