Traditionally, home buyers look at the kitchen and bathroom when comparing homes. Why would someone buy a house only to have to spend $30,000 to update the kitchen or $10,000 to update the bathroom. Normally, it doesn’t make sense to do this. How much less so in a sellers market.<\/p>\n
