Throughout hip hop’s<\/a> history, rap has told the story of it’s artists. Luckily, we’ve had a chance to catch up with a truly gifted artist from “The Sip”, his name is Darius Payne. Darius grew up in Greenville, Mississippi.<\/p>\n An area that doesn’t offer many opportunities for artists. According to him, “if you make a name for yourself in Greenville, it’s because you put in the work”.<\/p>\n Darius<\/a> is a self proclaimed lyricist who had been proven to be one of the most dedicated artists in the state. He currently holds four large bodies of work and another four small bodies of work under his belt. One of these projects was even hosted by Bigga Rankin; and it’s titled “Hell State”.
