This money will be used to support biotech innovators who lack the requisite funds to continue advancing badly needed medical innovations for cancer. At the same time, the Challenge offered emerging artists a unique opportunity to align their voices with a worthy cause and reach a broader audience. <\/p>\n
Only 43 independent artists from around the world were chosen to participate in the Challenge out of hundreds of hopeful entrants. <\/p>\n
The top four artists who raised the most funds above the minimum $1,000 will be featured on a 60-second streaming spot on the iHeartRadio App, with 1.4 million unique listeners per month.
