Owner Dutch Ashton, who made the announcement, said the package includes U.S. registered trademark # 3,040,158 (in IC 28), a domain and website: http:\/\/www.horseballsgame.com<\/a>, and inventory of game sets.<\/p>\n

Horseballs®, which is an outdoor\/indoor activity game brand and business opportunity, involves throwing devices (two small balls tethered together) at a target rail. This popular yard game is known by several names including ladder toss, ladder golf, tether toss and ladder game.<\/p>\n
