Mong shared, “Typically, what we see is a company using anywhere from eight to fifteen different applications and systems. That usually includes an ERP, but they just use it for project accounting and billing so it’s just a glorified general ledger. Then they’ll have a project management application, whether that’s Oracle Primavera, Microsoft Project or some other tool, and they’ll use Excel spreadsheets to do the bulk of the work so there’s lots of different spreadsheets.”<\/p>\n
