The Maple Group<\/a>, took over the home in 2016, and has since been investing in upgrading into a ‘smart care home’ to improve the lives of its residents. The home is the second ‘smart’ facility in the groups UK portfolio.<\/p>\n Shaquille Pabani, managing director of the group said, the idea is to provide as much sensor technology in order to significantly reduce the risk of falls or injury to less able bodied residents. Our goal is to assist them in living as normal a life as possible in the safest way.<\/p>\n “We took a combination of technologies and customised them to work with our platform to create an unparalleled safe environment.
