[Photo\/zj.zjol.com.cn]<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lien Heng Memorial House in Hangzhou, capital of East China&#8217;s Zhejiang province, is hosting an exhibition showcasing 100 paintings and calligraphy works by students from Hangzhou and Taiwan from Sept 25 to Oct 9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The exhibition is an important part of the online cross-Straits forum between Hangzhou and Nantou, which was held on Sept 24 and mainly focused on rural environment governance, early childhood education, as well as cross-border e-commerce.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lien Heng Memorial Hall was built to commemorate Lien Heng, a renowned patriotic poet and historian in Taiwan, who once lived in <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ehangzhou.gov.cn\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hangzhou <\/a>in 1926. The former chairman of the Kuomintang party Lien Chan is his grandson.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Over the past few years, Lien Heng Memorial Hall has been dedicated to exploring innovative ways to enhance cultural exchanges between Hangzhou and Taiwan.
