Eden Prairie, MN \/ Louisville, KY (March 14, 2016)<\/strong> Phillips & Temro Industries (PTI) will truck to Louisville, Kentucky March 31 – April 2 for the Mid-America Trucking Show (MATS), the largest trucking industry event in the world. PTI, a global OEM and aftermarket provider of custom engineered thermal systems and solutions for the trucking industry, will showcase its Idle Free eAPU, the most complete idle elimination system on the market today.  <\/p>\n

From Booth #12036, located in the North Wing in the EPA SmartWay Area, PTI representatives will talk to fleets and owner operators about the only electric APU capable of meeting drivers’ needs without relying on the truck’s starting batteries.<\/p>\n

The Idle Free eAPU was tested last year in a third party lab where it was positioned alongside two competitive electric APUs. It was concluded the Idle Free eAPUä cooled the bunk faster and ran the longest while maintaining the lowest bunk temperature throughout the test. <\/p>\n
