Founded by Swathi Lakshmanan, Choros Charas – Destination for Arts is an initiative to teach Bharatanatyam, one of the prominent Indian Classical dance forms. Swathi followed her dreams to initiate the project in 2019 in San Francisco, California, USA. What followed was a legacy and platform for enthusiastic artists coming together to develop and teach the dance form to eager students. The Choros Charas team believes that art can reveal the true inner self, guided by light.
