Innovative cybersecurity solutions provider, Cyber Mentor Dojo, announces the launch of their user-friendly platform to connect experienced professionals with newbies in the cybersecurity industry

It is looking like the dawn of a new beginning for the different categories of stakeholders in the cybersecurity industry with the launch of a free Cyber Security Mentorship Platform by Cyber Mentor Dojo. The online platform is designed as an avenue to develop the next generation of cybersecurity experts, allowing relatively new professionals to learn from well experienced and highly trained people in the Cyber Security industry.

“We are excited to offer this unique and free platform to give back to the Cyber Security community,” said David Tyler, founder of Cyber Mentor DoJo.

The global cybersecurity market has continued to grow over the years, with individuals and businesses seeking solutions to protect them from cyber threats, especially with the increasing cases and sophistication of cybercrimes. According to a report published by The Business Research Company, the global cybersecurity market is expected to grow from $149.46 billion in 2019 to over $208 billion in 2023. However, the dynamism and relative complexities of the market often make it difficult for new persons to quickly get their hands around it, which is where David Tyler is looking to make a difference with the launch of Cyber Mentor Dojo.

The cybersecurity mentorship platform was officially launched on the 4th of January, 2021, and got an amazing reception, with over 200 members onboard within 24 hours. The platform will allow mentors to volunteer their time and resources to train mentees, who in turn receive free guidance and direction from their more experienced colleagues. There is also a free community where members can exchange ideas and learn from one another.

Cyber Mentor Dojo is great for aspiring cybersecurity professionals, allowing them to learn from the best in the industry, keeping them abreast of the latest happenings, and preparing them for a future in the global cybersecurity market. It also serves as an opportunity for training companies and experts to reach a wider audience either through sponsorship or direct involvement in training.
