Alex Bishop, Managing Partner, Concierge Strategies is pleased to announce that Steve Nichols has joined the firm as a Senior Consultant and Lobbyist.<\/p>\n

In this capacity Mr. Nichols with Concierge will support business owners and corporations in navigating the intersection of business development, capital, and government relations.<\/p>\n

About Steve Nichols<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mr. Nichols is a veteran consultant and lobbyist with extensive government relations experience and expertise in all lines of insurance and health care issues.<\/p>\n

He spent the last 21 years, 19 years at the Insurance Council of Texas, representing insurance carriers and claims administrators on complex insurance regulatory issues. Mr. Nichols also spent 10 years as a member of the Texas Workers’ Compensation Commission. He has used his wide-reaching relationships within the insurance industry and government to shape a wide-range of regulations and issues.<\/p>\n

Mr. Nichols has built and coordinated coalitions on a wide-range of insurance issues and has a track record of successfully advocating on behalf of his clients and partners. He also publishes the Sentinel Reporter news magazine which reports on developments impacting the insurance industry and insurance markets around the globe. Mr. Nichols graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics and Government. He served in and retired from the U.S. military with a combined total of 27 years in the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy Reserves.<\/p>\n
