Alaine Greene, the owner of Nurdy Girl Pins in Newport News, Virginia, is bringing her artistic and creative abilities to life through hand-designed pins<\/a>. A longtime fan of Sailor Moon, a Japanese animated series, Alaine has decided to create a unique pin collection under her Nurdy Girl Pins brand for fans of the series to enjoy. For the first time, members of the Sailor Moon community can bring their love for the show into their daily lives.<\/p>\n

A collection of five pins, each will feature a design hand-drawn by Alaine on a graphics tablet. With glorious crowns and cute outfits, each will have shiny glitter backgrounds that capture the eye and glisten in the light. Gold plated and hard enamel pins<\/a> in the “Guardian Goddesses” collection, named Jupiter, Mercury, Moon, Mars, and Venus, are 1.5 inches in size but packed full of intricate designs, vivid colors, and glitter accents.<\/p>\n

Named “Guardian Goddesses” in honor of Sailor Moon’s connection to Greek Mythology, Alaine has put her craft into each pin and perfected its design.
