In these programs, residents of ECTLC have opportunities to gain experience in various work environments as well as build their resume up for future employment. ECTLC also is able to benefit by using the money from the contracts to provide even more services for families and individuals who are struggling.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span><span><span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/i0f2yzvi6_91ek3wsymLlUiixq4iTfZuMAkY0H579QaF7CK19NU_lmKUNGb_3NXkWSh0fMS5bMvs0Y8aDdLHF7LxIbOEfaCxBQKwwZ2ecfi72wKUQgpziVmTZzXJ6US9daR9Z8aG\" alt=\"\" width=\"305\" height=\"229\" \/><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span>A recent work therapy program that residents were able to participate in was at Arizona spring training. ECTLC sent 42 men and women to Arizona to work at Camelback Stadium, where they were able to work the concession stands and represent ECTLC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span>The Arizona spring training work therapy program and other similar opportunities are made possible through the partnership of ECTLC with other businesses. These partnerships allow ECTLC to give its residents opportunities to grow and develop new skills while also sustaining its housing, therapy, and food programs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span>During this unprecedented time of social distancing and stay-at-home orders, ECTLC is facing the cancellation of many of these programs for the time being.
