Since everyone is being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Multiamory team (Jase Lindgren, Emily Matlack, and Dedeker Winston) are offering listeners and patrons several ways to cope during this crisis.<\/p>\n

Listeners who are feeling the sting of isolation—loneliness, anxiety, and depression—are invited to a twice-weekly all-day video hangout. Official times are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00am – 6:00pm Pacific time (1:00pm – 9:00pm Eastern time). These hangouts are free and open to everyone. While everyone is affected emotionally by this crisis, some are affected financially more than others. Listeners seeking ways to help can donate via a temporary Patreon tier so that Multiamory can continue to offer free online hangouts, give refunds to patrons in need, and create and distribute the podcast.<\/p>\n

For patrons who can’t afford their subscription during this crisis, the Multiamory team is offering a refund of their monthly pledge. Patreon (the system through which pledges are processed) does not have an option for waiving a monthly pledge, but they do allow Multiamory to refund a pledge that’s already been paid.<\/p>\n
